Sound familiar?

You know something needs to change. You're just not sure how.

These are the things women tell me on our first call. If a few of them sound like you, you're in the right place.

The caretakerI hold everything together for everyone, and feel lost myself.

The yesI say yes when I mean no, then feel guilty.

The repeatI left one relationship and found the same problems in the next.

The knowingI understand why I react. I still react that way.

The 12-week program

What we'll actually work on.

Over 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching, we work through six areas using Integrated Attachment Theory. Each one builds on the last, so you leave with tools you can keep using.

What you get

  • Private 1:1 sessions with CarlaFocused on your situation, not a group script.
  • Practice between sessionsSimple exercises you try in real life, not just talk about.
  • Tools you keepIAT tools you can use long after the 12 weeks end.
1

Your beliefs

Spot the stories you tell yourself about who you are, and start replacing the ones that hold you back.

2

Your needs

Get clear on what you actually need, and practice asking for it without apologizing.

3

Your emotions

Understand what happens when you're triggered, and how to work through it instead of shutting down.

4

Boundaries

Set boundaries that stick, even when saying no feels hard.

5

Communication

Say what you mean in hard conversations, without falling into the old script.

6

New habits

Notice old reactions as they happen, and choose differently, in love and in life.

This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on understanding your patterns and building practical skills.

About Carla

I've been where you are.

After ten years of marriage, I went through betrayal and divorce while raising three kids.

Therapy, books, and podcasts helped me understand what happened. But understanding wasn't enough. I kept repeating the same patterns.

Integrated Attachment Theory gave me practical tools to actually change them. Now, as a Certified IAT Coach, I help women do the same, at their own pace and without judgment.

Questions

Good to know before you book.

Still unsure? Bring your questions to the discovery call.

Who is this for? +

Women who've been through betrayal or divorce, or who keep ending up in the same unhealthy relationship patterns. You can be married, separated, single, or dating.

What happens on the discovery call? +

It's a relaxed 20-minute chat. You tell me what's going on, ask anything you like, and we see together whether the 12-week program is a good fit. No pressure either way.

How does the 12-week program work? +

It's 1:1 coaching. We work through six areas: your beliefs, needs, emotions, boundaries, communication, and new habits. Each one builds on the last.

What should I expect between sessions? +

Small, practical exercises to try in your everyday life. That's where the change happens, and we talk through how it went in our next session.

What if I don't know what needs to change? +

That's completely okay. Figuring out what's happening and what's underneath it is part of the coaching.

Is this therapy? +

No. I'm a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory Coach, not a therapist. We focus on understanding your patterns and building practical skills.

Your next step

Ready to stop repeating the same story?

Book a 20-minute discovery call. We'll talk about where you are and whether the 12-week program can help.
